Privacy policy

Client details stay with you

Parsonex Advisor Tools works from ages, amounts and plan names. It has no place for a client's identity, needs no sign-in, and does not keep the figures after it answers.

Effective October 25, 2026Last updated October 25, 2026Applies in Claude

At a glance

We receive only what the math needs

Ages, birth months, pay or statement amounts, a pension plan and tier, and income for premiums, sent by Claude when you ask.

No client identifiers, by design

No field exists for a name, Social Security number, account number or full birth date, and requests that carry one are refused.

Nothing is stored

Figures are used for the one calculation, then dropped. There is no sign-in and no saved case on our side.

Your contact details only if you send them

Parsonex receives your own name and contact details only if you ask to talk with us and send the form.

01Who we are and what this covers

This policy covers Parsonex Advisor Tools, the connector that runs inside Claude for financial professionals, and the advisor.parsonex.com pages that support it. It is published by Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates, including Parsonex Securities, Inc. and Parsonex Advisory Services, Inc. (Parsonex, we, us).

It is written for the professional using the tools. If you or your client later work with Parsonex directly, that relationship is covered by the Parsonex privacy notices, not by this policy.

02What we receive

The tools do not see your conversation. When you ask a question, Claude decides which details to pass to us, and we receive only those details for that one calculation.

Categories of data the tools receive, examples and why
WhatExamplesWhy we need it
Household figuresAges or birth years and optional birth months for up to two people, marital status, pay or the amount on a Social Security statement, whether someone still works and has job coverage, and income for Medicare premiumsTo compute Social Security, Medicare and key dates estimates
Pension inputsThe plan and tier, years of service, final average pay and the retirement ages to compareTo compute a pension from that plan's formula
The choices being comparedClaiming ages for each spouse, retirement ages, or two or three scenarios side by sideTo show what each choice pays or costs
Short labelsWords such as Client and Spouse, or initials, used to tell two people apart on a cardTo label the results. Labels are shown back to you and never stored
A case code, if you paste one backThe code from an earlier resultTo rebuild the same inputs without our keeping a copy
Your contact details, only if you ask to talk with ParsonexYour first name, email or phone, your state, how you work today, and an optional CRD number and note, typed by you in the contact card and sent only when you press SendSo someone at Parsonex can reply to you about independence
Support messagesWhat you send to support@parsonex.comTo fix what went wrong

We never receive your chat history. Claude does not send us an account ID for you, and the tools need no sign-in.

03Client information

Describe the household, not the person.

The tools work from ages, amounts and plan names. Use labels such as Client and Spouse rather than names. Every tool accepts only the fields it needs, and a request that includes a name, a Social Security number, an account number or a full date of birth is refused with a short note asking you to leave it out. Nothing from a refused request is kept.

We cannot see or control what is typed into Claude itself. Keep identifying details out of the chat, as your firm's policies likely already require.

The contact card never sends anything about a client. It sends only the answers you type into it about yourself.

04What we never collect

The tools have no field for these, and we ask Claude not to send them. If one ever arrives by mistake, the request is refused and nothing from it is stored.

  • Client names or other identifiers
  • Social Security numbers or other government IDs
  • Bank, brokerage or retirement account numbers
  • Full dates of birth
  • Statements, documents or uploaded files
  • Your conversation history or transcripts
  • Passwords, codes or other login details
  • Precise location or street addresses

05How we use what we receive

  • To calculate the result and send it back to Claude.
  • To keep the service working, find bugs and stop misuse, such as too many requests from one source.
  • To count usage in aggregate from the service logs, such as which tools run. These counts never include figures.
  • If you send the contact card, to reply to you.

We do not build profiles, track you across other apps or sites, or use what you share for advertising. We do not use figures to train AI models. Each answer contains only results and the inputs used, so you can see exactly what was applied.

06Case codes

A result can include a short case code. The code holds that result's inputs, ages, amounts and plan choices, inside the code itself, and is signed so it cannot be altered. You can keep it in your own CRM or notes and paste it back later to pick the case up where you left it.

A case code is signed, not encrypted, so anyone who has it can read the household inputs inside, such as birth year and month, plan, pay and service. It never holds a name.

We keep no copy of the code or the inputs in it. Treat a code like the inputs it holds. Keep it with your own client records and out of links and shared documents.

07How long we keep things

Retention period for each kind of data
WhatHow long
Household figures, pension inputs and labelsNot stored. Used in memory for the request, then dropped.
Case codesNot stored by us. The code lives only where you keep it.
Service logsOne line each time a tool runs, with the tool name, whether it worked, how long it took and the names of the fields it used, never their values. A line also holds a one-way hashed account ID and the country, but only when the platform sends them, and Claude sends neither today. Never the figures, labels, client details, IP addresses or browser details. Kept 90 days, then deleted.
Request logsThe time, address path, status, size and timing of each request to our server, without IP addresses, browser details or request contents. Kept 90 days, then deleted.
Usage countsCounted from the service logs, so they hold no figures and follow the same 90 days.
Firewall samplesOur hosting provider's firewall keeps a small sample of recent requests, which can include the IP address, to help stop misuse. Kept up to 3 hours, then deleted automatically.
Contact card requestsOnly created when you press Send. Kept as long as securities recordkeeping rules require.
Support messagesKept while we resolve the issue, then as long as our recordkeeping rules require.

08Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, share it for cross-context advertising, or give it to data brokers. The only recipients are

  • our cloud hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, under contract and only to run the service
  • the Parsonex staff who answer a contact card you sent, and their supervisors
  • authorities, when the law or a regulator requires it

09Claude

Anthropic runs Claude as an independent company with its own privacy policy, and it decides what happens to your conversation, including the results our tools show. We do not control how Anthropic stores or uses chats, and Anthropic does not control how we handle what Claude sends us. Your firm may also have its own rules for which connectors you can use.

To manage chat history, memory and training settings, see the Anthropic privacy policy.

10Your choices and rights

  • Use every tool without sharing anything about yourself. The contact card is optional and appears only when you ask about Parsonex.
  • Keep inputs rough. Ranges and estimates work. Exact amounts are never required.
  • Turn it off. Disconnect the connector at any time in Claude's settings. We hold no figures to delete afterwards.
  • Ask us. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a contact request. Some records must be kept by law, and we will tell you if that applies. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you further rights, and we honor those requests as the law requires.

We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, see contact below.

11Security and where data is processed

All traffic uses HTTPS. We keep collection to the minimum, limit who can reach systems, and keep secrets out of code and logs. The service is built for United States rules and data is processed in the United States.

These web pages set no cookies and load no analytics or third-party scripts.

12Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will update the dates above. If a change affects what we collect or how we use it, we will say so on this page before it takes effect and update the listing in Claude.
