Advisor Tools Add to Claude
Terms of use

The fine print, in plain English

Parsonex Advisor Tools gives financial professionals estimates to support planning conversations. It is a starting point for your review, not the review itself.

Effective October 25, 2026Last updated October 25, 2026Applies in Claude

The short version. Results are educational estimates from the figures you share and the rules we list. They are not investment, tax or legal advice, they are not a promise, the tools never pick an option for your client, and they never move money or place trades.

01Agreeing to these terms

These terms are between you and Parsonex Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates, including Parsonex Securities, Inc. and Parsonex Advisory Services, Inc. (Parsonex, we, us). By using Parsonex Advisor Tools in Claude, Claude Code or another assistant, you agree to them. If you use the tools for a firm, you confirm you may accept these terms for that use. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

02What the tools are

Parsonex Advisor Tools is made for financial professionals. It turns rough household figures into estimates of Social Security by claiming age, Medicare timing, premiums, IRMAA and late penalties, public pensions for supported plans, key dates, side by side scenarios and a one-page client summary.

  • It is education and planning support. It is not investment, tax, legal or insurance advice.
  • It does not recommend any security, fund, product, account, Medicare plan, claiming age or pension option.
  • Using it does not make you or your client a client of Parsonex, and it does not create an advisory, brokerage or employment relationship. That only happens through a separate written agreement.

03Estimates, not guarantees

Every result is an estimate. It depends on the figures you share, on stated assumptions and on rules that can change. Each result names the year of its figures, its sources and the date its rules were last checked.

  • Social Security estimates use the Social Security Administration's published formula and figures. A client's actual benefit is set by the SSA from their full earnings record.
  • Medicare estimates use the published enrollment rules, premiums, income-related amounts and penalties for the year shown. Medicare and the SSA make the final decisions.
  • When next year's figures are due but not yet published, the result says so and shows the latest published year rather than a guess.

04Pension estimates

Pension estimates apply each supported plan's published formula and rules. A plan is supported only after it is checked against its own plan documents, and an unsupported or unchecked plan returns no figure, only what to enter by hand. Plans can change their rules, and a member's own service record, pay history, elections and plan statement decide what is actually paid. Always check an estimate against the member's plan statement. Plan names are used only to say which published rules apply. Parsonex is not affiliated with or endorsed by any pension plan.

05Your review comes first

You remain responsible for the advice you give and for meeting your firm's policies and the rules that apply to you. The client summary is a draft for your review. It carries a fixed disclosure and says that AI-assisted calculations were used. Review it, and add any disclosures your firm requires, before it reaches a client.

06Client information

Do not enter client names, Social Security numbers, account numbers, full dates of birth or other identifiers. The tools have no field for them and refuse a request that carries one. Describe the household with labels such as Client and Spouse, and keep identifiers out of the chat itself, which we do not control.

07No transactions

The tools never place trades, move or transfer money, open or change accounts, file anything with a government agency or plan, or connect to any account or custodian. If you see anything claiming to do these things in our name, it is not us.

08Talking with Parsonex

  • A contact card appears only when you ask about Parsonex or about going independent. It is optional and the tools work the same either way.
  • It sends only what you type about yourself, and only when you press Send. Nothing from a client conversation goes with it.
  • Any conversation that follows is covered by Parsonex's own agreements, disclosures and privacy notices.

09Acceptable use

The tools are for financial professionals in the United States. When you use them, please do not

  • enter client identifiers, account numbers, card details, passwords or anyone's personal information
  • present results as advice from Parsonex or as a recommendation of any option
  • try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, get around rate limits, or reach parts of it you are not meant to
  • use automated means to send large volumes of requests, or use results to build a competing service
  • use them in a way that breaks the law, your firm's rules or the rules of Claude or any platform you use them on

We may limit or stop access for anyone who misuses the tools.
